She is clearly pear shaped, although she could still be hiding a bigger pair than either Alice or Marisa under there, they are not huge.

Like how in some works some characters have a tail, and in others they don't?. Official works never cared about such minor things.

What is important is the role of the characters. And don't forget that canon accepted some fan-made things, like Patchy's dress having stripes.
