After being given the blessing to stay in Gensokyo so long as they live there peacefully, they soon distribute propaganda aimed at instilling shame and guilt among the Youkai for persecuting humans for so many years and holocausting the chosen people. Which Touhous give up magic and believe that the only way for the Youkai to atone for these sins is to promote massive immigration of humans into Gensokyo? Which Touhous aren't gullible enough to buy into these lies fight a war of information against these traitors to ensure the survival of their race and a future for Youkai children?
