Can't say I disagree, but I feel like it gets brought up to an absurd degree sometimes. After all, it's not like Beato needs to worry about that sort of thing anymore given her entirely magical nature by the end of the story, and yet it's practically the only character layer writers go for. There's lots of other parts of Sayo for Beato to still have insecurities about, and I can't help but think that worrying over her body that she's not even attached to anymore isn't exactly on the top of the list there. Plus does everything HAVE to randomly jump back into angst? Lighten up a little for god's sake. You can just give me so much fluff I feel like my teeth's gonna rot, you don't need to link it into depressing things every damn time just because Ryukishi did it a few times.
