Natsuhi just based off her head alone gives off a mysterious, relaxed look. It's even said in Last Note itself, that Natsuhi's appearance doesn't give the feeling of a mischevious girl at all. She looks mature, calm. It would have been an interesting clash for such a regal looking woman to be so crass, but evidently that wasn't what Ryukishi was intending for the character. If you threw a few Beato expressions on to her, perhaps it wouldn't look too off, but that's not exactly a perfect measurement of whether a design fits a character or not.
It does make you wonder what Krauss' wife would have looked like if Natsuhi's design had been used for Beatrice. Would that character somehow hold an even more regal look than Natsuhi does? Such what if scenarios can be rather intriguing, I think.
