So why exactly couldn't Nae kill Okabe? She had a knife to his throat, if she were to slice it Okabe would be without a doubt. She shouldn't have to wait 15 years to kill him, so the VN should of ended right there.

This whole plothole of YOU ARE DESTINED TO DIE NO MATTER WHAT is kind of ridiculous, people don't just die without reason. When Okabe returned to the worldline where Moeka doesn't kill Mayuri anymore, Mayuri shouldn't die anymore, as the cause of Mayuri's death, which is SERN, is gone.

So why does she just drop on the ground dead without any reason still?
