No, no, no! That's the Helghast. I understand the similarity to the moon bunnies, especially since they both wear crisp, fascistic uniforms, gas masks, and have bright red eyes, but the Lunar Empire is in no way similar to the National Socialists of Germany.

Bunnygirls wear dark gear, pressure masks, and goggles that intensify the brightness of their already bright-red eyes. Reisen wears a suit, which evokes the cold, classy black uniforms SS troops wore.

So, all-female Helghast, basically. With Imperial Japanese styling cues here and there.
