Alternatively, they might sell ticket on website like eplus/ticket rakuten (especially if big one). Might get hard to order via internet if you're not a landowner with a japanese cellphone, as they often use SMS booking confirmation.

Or you can buy at door like a pleabian, it's usually not sold out but you're taking a risk and accepting to pay an additionnal fee of 500 yens.
