Yasu is a frustrating character to deal with because she creates a melodrama of unrequited love she never actually needed to create. She's highly irrational. That irrationality can frustrate users into going for low blows like calling her a troon and making fun of her for not knowing how to use a phone.

Yasu is in additional to being a highly irrational character, is a highly romantic character. Back when Lambdafag posted here they brought up a salient point about Umineko being pro-romanticism and against Enlightenment thinking. I'm inclined to agree, even if that means by my standards Yasu is an insufferable narcissistic psychopath who is why we can't have nice things
