Well it's more like their innards that they can morph into anything. You see in the art that they're attached to her arms for example but as long as one part of her human body is attached to the inside she can do what she likes.

Gives a lot of opportunities for weird tentacle play, making a onahole out of them, stroking your manhood or restraining your limbs while she lowers herself onto you. I may let my imagination run away on it's own when it comes to sandworms.
