Sure, you might be able to buy yourself an extra few billion years, in exceedingly unlikely circumstances (protip: you won't). However, you cannot, unless physics is fundamentally different from our current understanding of it in some miraculous way, live forever. No matter what you do, you will have a last day at some point.
