Played through Chuusotsu 1. For the anon in last thread who asked whether it works as a standalone; the central drama gets solved and there's no big cliffhangers or shit like that, but it's clearly supposed to be one part of a longer series as many of the underlying plot threads are left pretty much untouched.

In general the game felt very much like a first episode of anime that just introduces the characters and the setting, with the latter being at least somewhat unique if nothing else. Despite the game supposedly centering around philosophy, it's really more about dealing with the protagonist's personal drama and past for the most part, which in itself isn't bad but I was kind of expecting the game to subvert my expectations more.
