Fair, but it's a goldmine for ecchi, and makes it really easy to find artists that usually have their material uncensored elsewhere. Pixiv has the BEST discoverability of any art host bar none. It's not even close.
I don't understand why suggestions based on what you've favorited are such a foreign concept to everywhere else.
