Dies the ice stay cold or is it just flesh? If it's just cold does it cook when heated or just melt? Cause if so you can just call it something else and sell the free meat at a low price, undercutting the big supermarkets, forcing them out of the market, thus claiming a monopoly on the meat industry. However if it's just cold then I think you could just tie her down and force her to make ice cubes and repeat the process above to gain a monopoly on the ice market. Better yet do both for maximum profit.

If the hakurei shrine is always so poor why doesn't Reimu just capture an ice fairy and sell flesh and ice? It seems like a viable business model.
