Just read them in the order they're released. They sometimes refer to certain games though. They go Eastern and Little Nature Deity, Strange and Bright Nature Deity, Oriental Sacred Place, Visionary Fairies in Shrine

If you want to see Reimu and Marisa kick the shit out of some fairies and then later on become their uptight mom and cool aunt, yeah. I think it's the most Touhou like comic myself, with a mixture of cuteness and shameless violence.
