I read a good medical paper on how botched C-Sections can disrupt the abdominal muscle sin women, making movement very limited. This seems like the best reason Miko is unable to a single situp while still being thin and able to dance somewhat. I wonder what her scar looks like?

Botched c sections can cause problems with the abdominal muscles preventing one from being able to do a single situp, like in Miko's case.
