probably because a realistic centaur design isn't economically viable to make and sell
actual horse body size is fucking big, and to add another human torso to that? probably gonna weigh 200lbs or more
and throw in the engineering to make the skeletons and the body core, and if the company is good enough the fabric fur skin too, because looking at horse shaped body with human skin is extremely cursed
all of that probably gonna cost 5 times or more than the usual human doll plus heavy as fuck
