I like the just-out-of-bed look. But it's a bit unfair to most, as it really requires you to have been born with the beauty gene.

Natural looking, subtle make-up is best compromise. With these Digital Books series the best part is you have very little if any post-processing, so you get to see all those pores of skin and such. Sure the make-up still applies.
