So some ways off the coast of Baja California? I can dig it. Well I went further south to the state of Jalisco. There, I spent a lot of my time at my ranch and the cities/pueblos of Guadalajara and Juanacatlan. Shame I didn't have a lot of time to do a lot of things; especially go out to sea because it looked pretty spectacular from the air.

Also, these jaypeers are right, what if pirates come after you? Especially these c-uties!

To give input on my own question, I'd probably take her to someplace generic like Disney World. At least that way we can mutually enjoy ourselves and it could be guaranteed.
