It is just what you want to see, if you want to focus on the bad threads that people keep bumping, then /jp/ will be about those threads, but if you go to page 2 and such, you can find actually good threads.

Also, this thread is no better than other threads like Saten spamming, wat do and such, since all it does is greentext and complain about the current state of /jp/ (/jp/ is for japanese shit, not complaining about it's own state).
