I think it's because he puts style over clarity often. I dig the angles he uses but a lot of the time, halfway through, I find myself wishing for more conventional shots/lighting that shows the action better.

Also this man's devotion to nipple teasing borders on the biblical. Got to shoot a scene with Nozomi, 90% titty twiddling.
