This is harder, since it really is kind of a singular video. The art style kind of reminds me of Kokuto Yuki (Yuuki-P) who did the video for Dark Woods Circus and Tower of Sunz. It also has a bit of nice dreaminess that reminds me a bit of si_ku who does Kikuo's videos.
