Yagoo is a technical-scientifically minded person, he does not actually care about creating a "culture that people around the world lab", like many people of his kind his dream is making his mark in history through research and development.
For that purpose he is conducting an experiment called Hololive, in which you are the lab rats. Like many tech innovators he doesn't even know where it will lead him, at the moment his focus is mostly on growing his company as quickly as possible.

If it's free, you are the product. Hololive employs business tactics known from MMOs and social media, where users are made to develop addictions by flooding them with more content than can be consumed in the time available to any individual.
Before you're done with one task, the next three are already awaiting your attention. Soon you depend on dopamine hits from fresh streams you don't even want to watch, and the hours between streams are spent lamenting the lack of fresh content with other addicts.
Cover employees monitor conversations in the places where these addicts gather and place messages ranging from amicable to inflammatory to probe the reactions of the different demographics on 4chan, reddit and 5ch.
What you believe to be a passionate defense of the qualities of your "oshi" facing the attack of a "schizo" may very well only be a data point to the person you're responding to, dragging you down the addiction spiral through this additional layer of engagement.
Your valuable time sacrificed, your thoughts and emotions artificially stimulated by disingenuous tricks, your dignity lost to the people manipulating you.
