im trying to learn japanese following this guide

and it tells me to read the transcription of an episode without listening to it (day6/7)
i can somehow manage to read with jp subtitles even without watching the episode first, but reading pic related as is is aheadache and i cant imagine doing it daily; is there something im doing wrong?
