What can save Unitia at this point?

They sank too much money into into to just shut it down. If the devs really care about the game I say they should close it for a while and make a renewal.
I think the main problem is that they probably still clinged to the idea of making a pvp-focused game. Despite realizing half the way that nobody wants a pvp-focused browser game in 2018 I think they still didn't pay enough attention to the pve content. Didn't developing Kamihime teach them anything?

There are some really questionable choices in the game design. Like they made everything look really good, but the stories aren't voiced.
