not being able to see satoko's hips in one set of sprites (which you could easily swap out to the original unchanged sprites through a little bit of copy paste work anyway) isn't exactly about to alter your reading experience
as >>44027234 said, every version is already different from the original since satoko doesn't end up naked at one point, i seem to recall only the original doujin release had that sprite, not even the og mangagamer version did, so unless you're reading THAT version you 'didn't read the full story' anyway
also a good amount of skin is shown off in the ryu sprite that is entirely unaltered so don't get me wrong i don't understand why they changed it but it's not exactly the end of the world
