Mm, yeah, that's why I liked Semi and Amakusa's relationship more. A purely business relationship were she warmed up to him, and then realized she loved him works better than Medea falling for Kuzuki right off the bat just because he saved her.

Course, I don't know how you could make a Medea/Kuzuki romance work without completely altering Kuzuki so he's not a blank literal who that's just really good at killing shit.
