I found it easier to use the nose pinching reality check.
My problem is that I always get too excited when I realize I'm lucid dreaming, and end up waking up.
I was thinking about trying the routine where you go to sleep and wake up at the same hours during a week and then wake up 90 minutes earlier on odd days next week, doing reality checks like crazy during those 90 minutes. It sounds like it's pretty fucking bulletproof and safe.
When I say safe, I'm talking about no sleep paralysis, I hate sleep paralysis, but more specifically, avoiding the witches and tall dark spirits. Fucking witches and spirits, the sheer terror when they approach you on your bed and you cannot move. FUCK! no lucid dream can compensate that. The witches are scary and annoying, sitting on you, but those formless 3 meter tall humans made of darkness... I don't want to summon those. Never again. I'm not really sure those are an hallucination. It feels different, I don't care what anyone says.

I have a rather odd request, /jp/ browsers. I think I'm in love with this girl. But there's a problem. The few times I think of her doing 'those things' it makes me feel depressed or angered, the reason for this being because all I've seen of her doing 'that' was her either being raped or having her playfulness taken advantage of or simply being taken by cruel men(The worst would be any of the above while she has tears in her eyes).
