Does anyone else here get annoyed when people constantly demand favours from you, just because you're a NEET?

First, let me make perfectly clear that I am not ungrateful. I leech off my mother and do pretty much everything she asks of me, just because she allows me to take it easy most of the time.

My problem here lies mostly with my sister. A little information, she lives a 3 hour train ride away from me, but still expects me to come over for anything. A while ago I was supposed to just come over and set up her new bed. Today she called and told me to come over tomorrow because she messed up her schedule and now she expects some service at her place at a time where she has to work.

Now mind you, I generally have no problem helping out, but what annoys me to no end is her reasoning. She always says something along the lines of 'it's not like you're super busy' or the even more infuriating 'you have no reason to decline other than that you don't want to', implying that me not wanting to do something isn't a valid reason.

I really hope I didn't sound too much like an obnoxious and ungrateful idiot, but I just had to get it out somewhere.
