1. Hecatia inflicts Freeze on allies, not on enemies. It would be more accurate (but still wrong) to say it gives allies Charge.

2. It modifies unit agility, indirectly affecting turn order by allowing slower un-frozen units to potentially outspeed faster frozen ones, rather than being a binary state like Quick/Charge.
2a. This agility modifier also affects Slicing damage, used by speed units.
2b. Three layers of Freeze is roughly 33% less agility. Each individual layer of freeze is x0.875 agility, stacking multiplicatively

3. Freeze also has a random chance to inflict Delay at turn start. Delay affects the priority granted from using a spellcard or lastword over a normal shot. The priority order is
- Last Words
- Spell Cards
- shots and delayed Last Words depending on speed as usual
- delayed Spell Cards
- delayed shots
3a. Delay chance is random, and can't be relied on, but could *potentially* allow Hecatia to full-break an enemy with a basic shot before an ally unleashes a last word on the same turn.
