Yeah, there were serious log-in problems until a short while ago. This is relatively common though, nowadays it's mostly seen as an extra source of flower stones.

They once went down for three days and gave out 130 stones plus a mountain of other items, which resulted in "nice, here comes compensation" and "we should DDoS their servers so that they hand out more" kind of comments every time we got a maintenance extension afterwards.
