We should've at least gotten some christmas related ciconia art, seeing how it's such a central holiday to the plot.

Welcome to A3W is extremely good at setting the mood and introducing new, disturbing elements to the world building.
Ominous3 is perfect at creating a, well, ominous atmosphere. I could listen to that track all the time.
White song and Tan smile are probably the best lighthearted OSTs we got since Alliance of the Golden Witch and the former fits the comfortably embarassed mood between
Jayden and Meow perfectly.
Dark clouds and Miserable literally make my skin crawl, some of the scenes with those tracks were disturbing enough to make me wish they were just forgeries lol.
The june sky is an endless blue... and To the land of some time are gorgeously sad songs, arguably better at setting the dystopic, hopeless atmosphere of Ciconia than Umineko's OST was at times.
But yeah, my favorite just has got to be silent skies (vocal). Or Emptiness's Sky if you go for the literal translation.

As it stands, I think Ciconia has the potential to surpass Higurashi and maybe even Umineko.
Phase 1 was more enjoyable than either Onikakushi or Legend to me personally. If we look at the first entries as stand-alone stories Phase 1 sure set up the story and characters the best, giving us way more theory fuel than its predecessors. I cared more about most of these kids than I did for the Ushiromiyas or the gamer club once they were forced to go all out and annihilate each other.
Still, it's important to keep in mind that all of these stories are of different genres, so Onikakushi's cryptic and inconclusive nature was needed to keep the mystery going whereas it was important to keep Legend's cast as grounded in reality as possible, making them a lot less likable and interesting as in later chapters.

Imo Ciconia has an incredibly high amount of great songs in proportion to the total count. there's not a single song I'd call boring or bleak.
