I'm not a music person so I can't precisely pinpoint it but the piano beats feel like they have no structure to them. Like it was randomly generated without thought. There are a ton of good/single instrument songs I've listened to so the lack of ZUNpets and other instruments isn't the problem. It's the said lack of structure, the rhythm doesn't really continuously flow but discretely switches and maybe if it "flowed" continuously it would have sounded much better.
