So going by Operation KON, we should be probably see the following for the three phases.

Phase 1: Troll subs & planes.
Fleet Formation - BBV/CA/CA/DD/DD/DD and/or CA/CL/DD/DD/DD

Phase 2: 3-2 Electric Boogaloo with 250% more night battles & planes.
Fleet Formation - 6 DD

Phase 3: Boss battle with Biak.
Fleet Formation - BB/BB/CA/CA/CL/DD
