Kinda late reply, but thanks for the detailed explanation, kinda puts things in a much better persective. I guess the fact that she was an escort dd kinda stopped her to being the best DD I suppose.
And about the dock expansions, I dont like kuso class dd except sazanami, fubuki class except miyuki and murakumo. Besides that I have pretty much everthing execpt Mikuma, Taihou, Iona, the white haired kageou, hatsukaze? I cant remember, and Isokaze.
So for the collecting nature of the game, I say they are a must, unless you care for stats and stuff like that.
