So, I found a program to extract the .scr files from scr.arc (KaguyaCut) but have no idea what to do with them from here (no clue how to read them), or how to reinsert them if I do translate a significant amount.

I've put the .scr files up on mediafire in case anyone here is willing to help me with the technical side of things to get started.
