I don't disagree with Mion having a crush on Satoshi, she says it and Shion isn't surprised.
But her crush on him is different than her crush on K1 or Shion's on Satoshi. I don't think it's evidence that Mion would give up if Shion showed interest in K1. We've been shown several times that she became defensive whenever Shion did that(Shion was teasing her, but Shion did understand K1's appeal).
I mean, compare that to when Shion first starts asking her about Satoshi after she first meets him, Mion is open to answering all her questions and goes full wingman by letting Shion take her place so she can spend time with Satoshi in public.
