The thing with Sakuya is that she's one of the few 2hu characters with some actual character development, in EoSD she was cold and hateful against humans. But since then she has grown more and more friendly and you can't really tell that she's cold or spiteful against humans anymore.
Even her themes reflect that, from the edgy one in EoSD to her more wholesome one.
