You forgot to mention that she's also a prankster, sometime leaving some danmaku near the bomb after she's defeated.

And the fact she has no lines only means that she's timid; yet the fact that she shows up means she cares enough to overcome that and defend the library. Having an Ex sprite also shows her determination and good nature. Though the fact that she bites more than she chew and her non overly-sophisticated pattern definitely reveal some childishness.
