I can't speak for Silicone since it's more durable than TPE, but TPE does have issues that gel breasts have issues bursting during transit the larger the breasts are and how thin the maker makes the TPE around the breasts. Though from reading into it makers seem to be getting better at making gel breast blends that are fairing better and can work with larger breasts.
