Yes, Tsukhime has a better story than FSN, but on the whole I actually like the characters of FSN better. Don't get me wrong I like Shiki, Arc, Akiha and Aoko, but the villains in Tsukhime don't hold a candle to Kotomine and Gilgamesh.

Gilgamesh is a FUN villain to watch, he's so over the top and egotistical. Kotomine's fascinating. Roa's like, okay, you tricked Arc to drink blood and fucked up Ciel. Nero . . . well, you just showed how bad assed Shiki is.

However, Tsukhime's story is better, I enjoy the characters in Fate more.

However . . . I do have to admit that Arc, Ciel and Akiha are > Sakura and Saber. Especially with chemistry, and the romance works better with Shiki than Shirou, but I like Shirou more as a protagonist, so go figure. However, none of the ends in Fate with Shirou got to me like Shiki and Arc so . . .

Romance and story is better in Tsukhime, but the villains and the characters all around (looking at you Lancer, Archer, Gil, Rin, Kotomine and Ilya) are better in FSN.
