To get machine translation, download AGTH and Translation aggregator:

Place agth.exe and agth.dll in Translation Aggregator folder and overwrite if ask.
Window > uncheck everything excluding the websites you want to use. I personally like Google and Honyaku

Tools > Launch Text Hooker and put as show in picture.
Minimize AGTH, back at Translator Aggregator.
View > Always at top > move windows to top of AA window > View > Hide frame > Right Click > Hide toolbar (I think there's something wrong here...)>right click > More transparent until acceptable.
