Yup! It's creamy, soft variation and it goes really well with ginger, green onion and a drizzle of soy sauce. Remarkably clean and refreshing on a hot day.

Yuba is another wonderful thing to eat if you want pure tofu flavour. You can even cook it yourself at some places (pictured is ume no hana, a decent chain that specializes in tofu). Though "cooking" in this case is really just waiting for a skin to form on top of a heated pot of soymilk, it is still very delicious. The type you can reconstitute and cook in hotpot is also extremely tasty!
