Because the way Vtubers work is the program uses your phone camera to track the movement of different facial features so it can determine how the artork should be positioned and angled.

This is where Mio comes in, because she puts her phone camera down on her desk looking straight up at her.
So in all of her videos she's looking downward from this weird underside angle and it messes with all the proportions of her rig.
