It only gets worse the more turrets you add, just look at how pleasant 2 quads Nelson looks when compared to 3 triples Nelson. And then you have Japanese heavy cruisers who quite frankly have what looks like giant tumors growing on top of their front hulls thanks to IJN's inability/unwillingness to move onto 203mm triple turrets instead of just piling on more and more twin turrets.
