I mean, i like Kasen but shes kind of a played out character you can't really do much with anymore, she accomplished her goal of getting her arm back and now she just vaguely postures about "being on the side of humanity" and how she dreams of "the end of gensokyo" and then proceeds to do nothing to help the humans at all outside of just showing up in the fighting games.

Only thing you could really do with her now is exposing her as an Oni to everyone and/or having her go full bad guy again and murder people.
