Well yeah, she saw Rika's 100 years of fragments and still pushed forward with her plan, what difference is there now? Rika's basically acting out those arcs again too after all.

I personally think Satoko must have a contingency plan of some sorts, she seemed pretty sure of herself in that scene even though she knows Rika will remember this. Maybe she's gonna have a personal talk with her or something and doesn't want others to be there so she's gonna force a loop.

The first ending...do you mean the ED? You mean this? I'm not sure this "confirms that it happened" exactly. It's not like the OP confirms that Rika really did run like a dumbass to the gates of the shrine while 2 hands reached out to her as far as we know.
