My friend at the time always sent me funny pictures hosted on 4chan. Noticed the URL, decided to check out 4chan.org one rainy day. Expected it to be just another image hosting site like photobucket. Early 2006 kinda time. Didn't really understand the site until about a year later. Creating threads was extremely intimidating.
