As far as we know, this is the biggest Kizuna Ai event that's been planned so far. Also, I believe it's known her birthday is the same as her VA's so it'll be a b-day party.
If I had to guess it's a way for her to tell her fans to make sure they save money to gift it to her and buy her stuff. Considering her official manga anthology is coming out the same day and then probably more merch to come.
