My experience was relatively as expected.
Drop rate evened out decently enough over the course of the event, though Calliope went a fair bit over the supposed 10% rate.
Didn't keep much track of CR but I hit -4 on one Odette and -5 on the other after about 16 each. Both ended up with 8 skill.

Moral of the story is be a good goy and spend those SC
