If you're looking for a good starter mirrorless camera (DSLM) from Fujifilm, I'd personally recommend getting one from the X-T series, rather than the X-Pro series. While the X-Pro and X-T series usually have the same specs in terms of photo quality, I'd choose one from the X-T series due to it's central viewfinder, better weather proofing, and better/larger grip. I'm also pretty sure the X-T series frames carry more dials and buttons you can reprogram. Also what lenses/lens are you looking to get, or are you gonna roll with the kit lens?
I own a X-T3 with a prime 35mm lens, so interpret this as shilling if you must.
